Specially cast for Coastlines by "Deep C" and painted grey to represent the "Victualling Inshore Craft" used by the Royal Navy to supply the fleet in UK waters during WW2.
This is the last set of a strictly limited edition. One of the ships is the standard Admiralty design, modelled full hull with the derrick swung outboard to unload or load from a beach; the other is a waterline funnel aft design. These ships could avoid U-boats & E-boats by crossing Scotland by canal! | |
