Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on the 
icon next to the item that you wish to buy. You will be asked for your name, address and payment details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept most major credit and debit cards. Payment is authorised on receipt of order.
We only accept Cheques in Pounds Sterling.
Items out of stock and placed on back order will be credited immediately on request. Because stock changes rapidly, please state a second choice in case the first is out of stock.

The checkout is secure - at the checkout observe the padlock in the your status bar at bottom of screen (use View/Status bar to turn status bar on on if necessary). The certificate states that a Web site is secure and genuine - consult your browser help for further explanation.
Your personal details and credit card information are encrypted over the internet with strong industry-standard 128-bit SSL encryption. Credit card information is not retained after an order has been processed. You may also telephone us with your card details if you prefer - select "By Telephone" as your payment method.
Within the Mainland UK, all goods are sent by recorded delivery post or Securicor Omega Express Parcels.
Outside the UK, international data post or courier service will normally be used. Note that delivery usually takes longer, up to 8 weeks for items that cannot be sent by Air.
UK: The price you see is the price you pay! On orders above £40.00 we don't even charge extra for shipping. A delivery charge of £4.00 is added on orders below £40.00 except for a few products that must be sent by courier when the delivery charge is £5.00. Where an order is for just one or two small items, postage may be reduced to £2.00.
Non-UK: There is a minimum shipping charge of £5.00 for all overseas orders. You will therefore be charged whichever is the higher amount of £5.00 and the actual cost of shipping. We will always email you for your approval should the amount be more than £5.00. For deliveries outside the European Union, UK Vat of 15.0% will be deducted from the price, you may however have to pay any local sales tax or import duty due. The amount charged to your card account may vary slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations and commission - we currently debit cards in pounds sterling - this will be converted by your card provider to your local currency.
Subject to stock availability, allow 3/6 working days for delivery within the UK. Where possible we will notify of any delays by email.
Securicor deliveries are made normally between 9:00am to 6:00pm. Most deliveries require a signature on receipt.
For each product, we show you the quantity of stock available at the Warehouse. Also shown is the next Warehouse delivery date of new stock where applicable.

"No, but.." means we do not normally keep stock for the model, but have arrangements with our supplier to supply stock on demand.
"Yes" is shown for package deals, we should always have these in stock.
Back ordered items are charged but will be credited immediately on request.
All goods are sold subject to manufacturer's warranty. Any items found to be faulty, or not to your satisfaction, on arrival will be replaced or credited immediately, provided they are in mint condition and returned within 14 days. Normal statutory rights apply.
